For the second consecutive year, San Diego County residents have voted KB Home the best new-home builder in the county, according to “San Diego’s Best Readers Poll,” an annual survey conducted by The San Diego Union-Tribune.
While KB Home commemorates its 50th anniversary as a company this year, it is also celebrating its 20th year as a San Diego County builder. Since 1987, the company has provided thousands of homes and built dozens of communities for San Diego County residents to live and raise families.
Currently KB Home is building nine new communities in Campo, Chula Vista, Fallbrook, Imperial, La Costa, Oceanside and San Diego. New homes range in size from 1,197 square feet at the Parc@54 community in San Diego to 6,558 square feet at Buckingham in Oceanside. Prices range from the mid $200,000 to more than $1 million.
