Kaufman and Broad Names Beth Overhuls Vice President of Customer, Marketing and Sales Systems

LOS ANGELES (May 10, 2000) – Kaufman and Broad Home Corporation (NYSE: KBH) announced that Beth Overhuls has been appointed vice president of customer, marketing and sales systems.

 

In her new position, Overhuls will be responsible for overseeing technology strategies in support of customer, marketing and sales systems and the maintenance and development of all customer, marketing and sales information technology systems that assist with the homebuying process.

"Beth brings extensive experience in systems development and I look forward to her contributions to our team," said George Brenner, vice president and chief information officer, to whom she will report.

Prior to arriving at Kaufman and Broad, Overhuls was the vice president of information systems for Sony Picture’s Home Video Division where she was responsible for developing the technology and e-business strategy, as well as supporting the development and maintenance of new and existing systems. She was also a member of the senior staff responsible for defining information technology strategy, policies and procedures.

Overhuls graduated from California State Polytechnic University with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems.
