Donald J. Blodgett Named Vice President of Internal Audit

LOS ANGELES (April 3, 2000) – Kaufman and Broad Home Corporation (NYSE: KBH) announced that Donald J. Blodgett has been appointed Vice President of Internal Audit.

 

In his new position, Blodgett will be responsible for the preparation of the annual audit plan and direct all audit activities. He will report to the CFO and the Audit and Compliance Committee of the Board of Directors. "Don brings an extensive experience base of 26 years in international audit and taxation for multinational corporations," said Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Michael F. Henn.

Before joining Kaufman and Broad, he worked for APL Limited as Vice President of Internal Audit where he was responsible for the audit department’s role in the worldwide operational, financial and information technology functions.

Blodgett graduated from the David N. Myers College in Cleveland, Ohio, where he received a BS in Accounting. He is currently working on the completion of an MS degree in Taxation from Golden Gate University in San Francisco.
