 About Us
The Cherokee County School District consists of 39 schools: 13 elementary, grades kindergarten through 6; six elementary, grades kindergarten through 5; three elementary, grades kindergarten through 4; one intermediate school, grades 5 and 6; one 7th grade satellite center; four middle schools, grades 7 and 8; two middle schools, grades 6 through 8; five high schools; Ralph Bunche for Head Start, CrossRoads Alternative MS/HS, Polaris Evening School and Mountainbrook School at L.R. Tippens Educational Center.
